We offer Empowerment sessions that are designed for girls to be able to discuss topics that we all struggle with, on and off the field. Empowerment classes are 45 minutes each. A certain number of Empowerment sessions per month come included in our training packages, and they can also be booked a la carte.

We are so excited to introduce our newest program to the ĒVLV family! The ĒVLV Mini’s is a program geared towards teaching our youngest players (between 5 and 6 years old) the game of soccer. Each session will focus on the following aspects of the game: movement with the ball, ball mastery, speed/agility, balance, and most importantly teamwork! Our goal is to keep our Mini’s constantly moving and getting touches on the ball by playing creative games. Creating a fun environment for our Mini’s will help develop confidence and enhance their development.
